Regan Benner grew up in Port Colborne, Ontario along Lake Erie. She moved to London in 2014 and completed her BA in English and Art History and later her Master’s in Art History from Western. Regan has been with the Radcliffe Team for the past year, bringing her creative eye and design skill set to the team. A Picture is Worth a Thousand Screams

This did not happen to me but it happened to a good friend of mine who is also a Realtor and does all her own photography in her listings. I saw the photographs with my own eyes.  She was alone at a fresh listing doing the interior photos of the house.  She had her camera set on a tripod and as usual, she was taking the exact same image but each time simply adjusting the exposure on the camera, as was her habit, so that later at home when editing, she could use the one with the best lighting for the room.  She felt like the house was a little creepy at the time however could not put her finger on what felt off.  It was not until she got home and uploaded all the images and was scrolling through them, that she

Happy first day of Fall!

It’s time to swap out your warmer weather decorations and add some autumn home decor. Here are some great & simple ways to add curb appeal to your home this season:

  • Decorate with corn husks
  • Use fresh flowers (Mums are perfect for this season!)
  • Add lots of little gourds or pumpkins to your front steps
  • Use bright colours like red or orange or opt for a more neutral and soft colour scheme
  • Dress up a hay bale
  • Create a fall wreath for your front door
  • Add rustic fabrics to your porch chairs, wreaths, or even wrap them around pumpkins! Some great options are burlap or checkered gingham fabrics
  • Flank the front door with a symmetrical entryway
  • Add a seasonal doormat

Julie Radcliffe was born in Africa and lived in various places around the world before settling in the Lucan area in 1985, where she met and eventually married Mike Radcliffe and became deeply rooted in the surrounding community.
